The website has grown from a single page into a collection of practical guides, but the inbox is still managed directly by Ann and a small team. You won’t get a canned reply.

We’re not a brokerage. We don’t list properties or match buyers with sellers. What we do is help you understand the process — whether you’re trying to figure out RERA compliance on a project you’re considering, untangle a home loan eligibility question, or make sense of registration paperwork.
